Every single member of staff is extremely professional, polite, friendly, welcoming, and helpful wherever they can be. I looked forward to my monthly brace tightening appointments (how is that even possible?). You really get the personal treatment.

I also had a very tricky impacted wisdom tooth out, which (unsurprisingly) resulted in dry socket - I was able to call for advice at any time, and the surgeon even called me back hours later and the following day to see how I was doing. He then came in to the clinic on his afternoon off just to see me and help. Above and beyond service from every member of staff.
